Butch is a true Edmontonian, born and raised here. He is very familiar with Edmonton, Sherwood Park and surrounding areas.
His educational background includes a Business Administration Marketing diploma from N.A.I.T. This education has provided him a solid foundation for business. Butch’s background experience includes working in finance and investment fields that provide him invaluable experience in complex financial transactions such as mortgages, interim financing and contract law.
After a number of years he decided to pursue a career in an industry that he has a long time passion for – real estate. Butch always had a strong interest in homes, inherited from his father who was a builder in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He gained valuable knowledge about building when he began a sales career with Pella Hunt Corporation. In his six years with them, he had many successes including three consecutive years in the “Hunt Club” that recognized excellence in territory management and sales achievement.
He then spent eight exciting years in the new home business. He enjoyed great success in the marketing of new homes and the buiding of distinct neighborhoods with one of Edmonton/Sherwood Park’s finest builder/developers. The experience helped gain knowledge in customer service, professionalism, and business integrity.

Edmonton is the place I have grown a career, gained a wealth of experience and raised a family. I have a great interest in Real Estate, invest in property, and more than anything, enjoy helping others do the same by listing and selling homes and investment properties.
I started my business career by working at a respected local car dealership and worked my way into business manager where the efficiency, sales, and profitability all increased sharply during my years there. This exposure was key in becoming experienced in negotiation, business marketing and finance along with all aspects of the operations of a substantial sized business.
I spent a few years as a mortgage consultant before moving into new home sales with a home builder where my knowledge of home construction, marketing, negotiations were dramatically increased. The idea of helping people achieve their goals and dreams is contagious! I have been accused of having a lot of enthusiasm. Guilty as charged!
